Q1. How to order?
Step 1 - Send me an email via rainbowsorbet@hotmail.com of the item(s) that you want to purchase.
Step 2 - I will confirm with you whether all the items you order are available (Fully on first pay first serve basis) & the total amount payable (inclusive of postage)
Step 3 - You can make your payment through POSB, saving account __________.
Step 4 - Once you made the payment, kindly send me an email with the following format:

3) Normal or Registered mail (+$2.40, Highly recommended):

NOTE: No changing of order once I've posted out your order. RainbowSorbET will not be liable for any lost mail.


Q2. When will my confirmed order be mailed?
Once I have received the payment, I will send your item(s) out & a notification email will be sent to you.

Q3. I would like to self-collect and pay cash, can that be arranged?
Yes, that can be arranged (Kindly informed me at least 2 days before hand).

You may collect your item(s) at Tampines Avenue 8, Blk 880 or Temasek Polytechnic Engineering School, West Gate bus stop (nearest to Tropic Condo).
Alternative venues: Tampines or Tanah Merah MRT Station. (Subject to availability)
Collection times: Pre-arranged time via rainbowsorbet@hotmail.com.

For self-collection, you can also pay via bank transfer.

Q4. When will my items be send out.
For Normal mail/non bulky items, they will be sent out within 3 days upon payment verification.
Registered mail/Bulky Items, they will be sent out within 1 days upon payment verification.

Q5. How how does it take for me to receive?
Ready Stocks - Take around 4 to 5 days after item(s) have been sent out

Pre-Order Stocks - Take about 2 to 3 weeks to arrive @ RainbowSorbET (payment have to be made b4 hand)

Note: Delivery may take a longer period of time esp. during festive season.

Q6. Can I do a refund/exchange if the items are not up to my expectations?
Sorry, but item(s) bought are not allowed to be refund or exchange. Hope you can understand.

Sorry, but all items in the store cannot be reserved. Fully on first pay first serve basis.
